EDI Action



As a researcher and as ADR, I do what I can to make positive EDI changes.  To acknowledge what we can accomplish in collaboration with others, here is a list of the steps I have taken towards increased EDI in the lab, in the Department, in the Faculty, and in academic societies. Learning and listening have been an integral part of my journey.
